The waiting part was so bad. I’m used to getting everything I buy with click of my fingers. But I knew ahead of time reading the terms of condition it was going to take a bit. 2-3months actually. I waited patiently and drove my corvette with the stock steering wheel which is bad quality, Chevy really cut corners in the interior on the C5. I used to get clammy hands, my hands hurt after a while driving, it would leave black streaks on my hands from the stock steering wheel. When I finally got my custom made steering wheel it made my hands stop hurting. It’s so comfy and beautiful. It’s a blast to drive and it’s much heavier so I have more feeling of control over the C5. I could definitely see improvement in track time if I ever hit the race track with this beauty. Do I regret it? NO. Would I wait again 2-3 months for it? YES. 10/10 recommend someone with a C5 to upgrade their steering wheel.
