Refund policy

Returns Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all included items. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@overtakeauto.com. We will guide you through a simple and fast return process.

Shipping Returns are free within 30 days after delivery. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for returning your item.

Exchanges If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@overtakeauto.com, and we will assist you accordingly.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Sale Items Sale items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Unpaid Custom Orders In the event that an invoice for a custom-made item remains unpaid for two weeks from the due date specified on the invoice, the following conditions will apply:

  • Forfeiture of Ownership: Ownership of the custom-made item will be forfeited by the client if payment is not received within the two-week period.
  • Sale of Forfeited Item: OvertakeAuto LLC reserves the right to sell the custom-made item to the public or other interested parties. The item may be listed for sale through any of OvertakeAuto LLC's sales channels at a price determined by OvertakeAuto LLC.
  • No Refund: OvertakeAuto LLC is not obligated to provide a refund for the custom-made item once it has been forfeited and offered for sale.
  • Payment Obligation: The client remains obligated to settle the outstanding invoice even after the custom-made item has been forfeited and sold. If the sale proceeds exceed the outstanding invoice amount, OvertakeAuto LLC will remit the surplus amount to the client. However, if the proceeds do not cover the outstanding invoice, the client remains responsible for the balance.
  • Notice of Forfeiture: OvertakeAuto LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify the client, in writing or by electronic means, of the impending forfeiture of the custom-made item before it is offered for sale.

Clients are responsible for ensuring prompt payment for custom-made items to avoid the above-mentioned consequences. OvertakeAuto LLC is committed to resolving any payment-related issues or disputes amicably and encourages clients to communicate any concerns regarding invoices promptly.
