This website is operated by OvertakeAuto LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OvertakeAuto LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies linked here or on product pages. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, vendors, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated here, you may not access the site or purchase from us.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are of legal age in your location or have provided consent for minors to use the site under your supervision. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any local laws.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

SECTION 3 – INFORMATION ACCURACY

We are not responsible if any site content is inaccurate or outdated. You agree to monitor changes and use the site at your own risk.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR PRICING

Product availability, pricing, and features are subject to change at any time without notice. We may modify or discontinue products or services without liability.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Some items are limited in quantity and may be subject to additional conditions outlined on their product pages. While we make every effort to display products accurately, we cannot guarantee exact color or appearance on your screen. We may limit sales by region, order quantity, or individual account at our discretion.

SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Customers must provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may offer access to third-party tools or links with no warranties or guarantees. Use at your own risk and discretion.

SECTION 8 – USER FEEDBACK AND COMMENTS

You grant us the right to use any content, feedback, or suggestions submitted through the site, email, or social media without compensation or obligation to keep it confidential.

SECTION 9 – CUSTOM ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PAYMENT TERMS

Definition:
Custom orders include any made-to-order or personalized products not held in stock and built to customer specifications.

Cancellations:
Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover administrative costs, production prep, and non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor.

Delayed Orders:
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. If your custom order is delayed beyond that window, you will automatically receive a 10% refund.

Unpaid Orders:
Custom orders must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. If unpaid:

  • Ownership of the item is forfeited

  • OvertakeAuto LLC may resell the item

  • You remain responsible for any balance not recovered through resale

Chargebacks:
Filing an unjustified chargeback violates these terms. If a chargeback is submitted, your account may be restricted. All future orders must be paid via direct bank transfer. We reserve the right to deny service to individuals who abuse the dispute process.

SECTION 10 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Standard Returns:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and parts. Returns are free. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Refunds:
After your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available within the same 30-day window. Contact contact@overtakeauto.com to begin the process.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders and personalized products are not eligible for return. This includes any item made to order or not held in stock. These items are built specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions as regular items.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.

SECTION 12 – CUSTOM AIRBAG COVERS AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER

By purchasing or installing a custom airbag cover from OvertakeAuto LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Use of OEM Cores
Our custom airbag covers are made by reupholstering original OEM airbag cover cores. These cores are typically 10 to 20 years old and sourced from used vehicles. The customization process is strictly cosmetic and may include the addition of new materials, stitching, or aesthetic enhancements. We do not modify or alter the internal mechanical components or design of the OEM core.

No Crash Testing or Safety Certification
Each airbag cover is built to order and made individually. Because of this, we do not conduct crash testing or third-party safety certification for each unit. While care is taken during the upholstery process, we are not able to verify or guarantee how the cover will perform in the event of airbag deployment. The underlying core may already have signs of age or prior wear that are not visible.

Assumption of Risk
You understand and accept that any modification to an airbag cover may carry safety risks, including, but not limited to, the possibility that the airbag may not deploy as intended. By purchasing or installing a custom airbag cover from OvertakeAuto LLC, you voluntarily assume all associated risks, including the risk of injury, death, or property damage.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OvertakeAuto LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to the purchase, installation, or use of a customized airbag cover. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If your top priority is maintaining original factory airbag performance, we recommend using the original, unmodified OEM airbag cover without customization.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the above terms, and you release OvertakeAuto LLC from liability related to airbag functionality or deployment.
