    In-stock items arrive in 2 to 7 business days, depending on how close you are to us. We ship from the East Coast.

  • How long does it take for a custom order to be delivered?
    Custom orders typically arrive at your door within 6 to 9 weeks of placing your order.

  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to monitor your delivery status.

  • What should I do if my order hasn't arrived on time?
    If your order’s taking longer than expected, we’re here to help. Reach out with your order number and we’ll look into it right away to make sure everything’s on track.

  • Can I expedite the delivery of my order?
    We’re happy to offer expedited shipping for in-stock items when available, just look for the option at checkout. Custom orders can’t be rushed, though, since each one is made to order with care.

Returns & Warranty

  • What’s your return policy?
    You can return any non-custom item within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll cover the shipping with a prepaid return label. Custom-made items are not eligible for return since they’re built just for you.

  • How do I return a product?
    Just reach out and we’ll send you a prepaid return label to make it easy. We can also schedule a home pickup to save you the trip.

  • What does your warranty cover?
    We’ve got you covered with a lifetime warranty that protects against any product failure. If something goes wrong, we’ll take care of it quickly and make the process easy for you. Your experience matters to us.

  • What if my product has a defect?

  • Are your products direct replacements?
    Yes. All of our products are designed to be direct replacements, using the same mounting points, hardware, and connections as OEM parts for a factory-like fit and finish.

  • Is fitment universal across all models and years?
    No, fitment is not universal. Be sure to double-check your exact vehicle year and trim before placing an order to make sure the part is compatible.

  • Are your products difficult to install?
    Most of our products—including steering wheels, airbag covers, and paddle shifters—are designed for straightforward, bolt-on installation using your factory hardware.

  • Do I need special tools for installation?
    In most cases standard hand tools are usually all you need for a smooth install.

Core Returns

  • Do all products qualify for a core return?
    No. We only accept core returns for items that specifically mention a core return option on the product page.

  • What if the product page doesn’t mention sending in a core?
    If the product page doesn’t mention a core return, then you don’t need to send anything in for that item.

  • How do I return an airbag cover for a core exchange?
    If your item qualifies for a core return, please send back only the airbag cover, not the full airbag module. The cover must be fully separated before shipping it in.
