Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all included items. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@overtakeauto.com. We will guide you through a simple and fast return process.

Shipping
Returns are free within 30 days after delivery. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for returning your item.

Exchanges
If you would like to initiate an exchange within 30 days after delivery, please email us at contact@overtakeauto.com, and we will assist you accordingly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom-made items

  • Gift cards

Custom Orders
Custom orders and customizable products are made to order and cannot be returned. These include any items that are not kept in stock and are built specifically to your specifications.

  • Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.

  • If your custom order is running late, you will automatically receive a 10% refund, or more in some cases, depending on the delay.
